Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! US domestic shipping is free through USPS or UPS.
We offer 2-3 day expedited domestic shipping for $15. Please note expedited shipping is nonrefundable.
Please use a secure shipping address -- we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit, stolen, or damaged in the mail. We do offer package protection through Route available in your cart at checkout which offers insurance for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
If your package has been delivered but is missing we recommend waiting 48 hours and checking in with family and neighbors in the meantime.
Please note at this time we cannot support returns or exchanges for APO addresses
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer DHL international shipping for $30 which usually ships within 3-5 days depending on country, additional duties & taxes may apply and will be shown at checkout. If you are ordering for a specific delivery date please account for any unforeseen delays with customs that are beyond our control. Please note duties & custom fees are nonrefundable.
At this time we cannot accept international returns or exchanges (including Canada & APO addresses)
How long does it take for orders to ship?
Please note new arrivals or restocks may have a longer lead time of ~2-3 weeks -- please be sure to check the first line of the product description for an updated ship time for specific styles.
We ship in-stock orders within 3-4 business days from the time you place your order. Once your item has shipped you’ll receive an email shipping notification updated with a tracking number.

If you purchased Route package protection and experience an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here.
Route is available to purchase in your cart at checkout. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores. Please note Route purchases are nonrefundable and cannot be added retroactively after your purchase has been made.
