Please note we cannot accept international returns or exchanges at this time (including Canada & APO addresses) 

Exchanges are eligible for free shipping, returns for a refund are subject to a $10 restocking fee.  Sale items over 25% off marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

Please return items within 10 days of receiving your prepaid return label to be eligible for a refund and include your packing slip with your order.  We will process your refund within 5-7 business days once the item has been received. Refunds are made back to the original form of payment.

Returned items must be in new condition: unwashed, unaltered, undamaged & unworn with all tags attached.  Please take care when trying on clothes -- if returned items do not meet our return standards, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the items will be shipped back to you.

Can I return sale or promo code items?

Welcome and text promo code items are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days. Welcome codes do not apply to sale items.

Sale section, Seasonal & Small Business Saturday Sales: up to 25% off is eligible for an exchange or refund, 25% off or greater is final sale. Sale discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases or exchanges. 

Is there a time limit for returns?

30 days from delivery date.  Please send back your unworn return within 10 days of receiving your label to receive your full refund.  Please note as a small brand we can only support up to 3 returns per customer per year.

EXCHANGES:

We offer complimentary domestic shipping for 1 round of exchanges, to return an item you have already exchanged there is a shipping and restocking fee of $10.  Please note we do not accept international returns or exchanges.

Exchanged items must be in new, undamaged condition to be eligible for an exchange so please be mindful when trying on clothing.  We reserve the right to refuse an exchange that is not in new condition.
