Yes, because we’re all about the love! US domestic shipping is always free through USPS priority or UPS.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer expedited UPS international shipping for $30, please note customs and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and not included in shipping costs. Please make sure you are comfortable with paying additional duties & taxes before purchasing.
Please note we cannot accept international returns at this time.
How long does it take for orders to ship/can I track my order?
We ship in stock orders within 3-4 business days from the time you place your order. Once your item has shipped you’ll receive an email shipping notification with a tracking number.
New arrivals may have a longer lead time -- please be sure to check the product description for updated ship time.
Please use a secure shipping address -- we are not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen in the the mail.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How can I exchange a size or make a return?
Easy! Email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a prepaid return label via email.
Returns must be requested within 30 days from original ship date and items must be unwashed, unaltered & unworn with all tags attached. Once we receive your item we will issue a refund.
Unfortunately we cannot accept international returns at this time.
Can I return sale or promo code items?
Welcome & promo code items are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days.
Holiday or special event sale purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only
ARCHIVE SALE items are final sale.
We offer complimentary shipping for 1 round of exchanges, after 1 exchange we charge ground shipping of $8.
